When will my Braille Mail arrive? Braille Mail ships once each month. Orders placed before the monthly cutoff will receive the next scheduled mailing.
Can I give Braille Mail as a gift? Absolutely! Braille Mail makes a thoughtful gift for birthdays, holidays, graduations, encouragement, or anyone who enjoys meaningful mail and beautiful stationery.

Can I cancel my subscription? Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees.
Do you ship internationally? At this time, Braille Mail ships within the United States. We hope to expand to additional countries in the future.
Is Braille Mail suitable for children? Braille Mail is thoughtfully designed for teens and adults. While children may certainly enjoy the experience with a parent or caregiver, the reflections and activities are created with a mature audience in mind.
What if my mailing is lost or damaged? If your Braille Mail arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us. We'll do everything we can to make it right.
Can I purchase past mailings? Occasionally, we'll make limited quantities of previous mailings available while supplies last. Because each month's experience is produced in limited numbers, availability cannot be guaranteed.
